Leaves Wilt - Visible Insects Described

Leaves are wilting. They may appear translucent brown with a soft, jelly-like consistency. Also, the plant has visible insects or related pests on it. They are insects which measure 1/16 to 1/8 inch in length. They have pear-shaped bodies with long antennae and legs. They are probably green in color, but may also be reddish, brown or black.
