Holes in Leaves - Visible Insects or Other Pests Described

Leaves have holes in them, and there are visible insects or other pests on the plant. These pests are mollusks. They typically measure 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches in length, but they may be larger. They are brown with soft, unsegmented bodies. They may have shells. They usually feed at night. If your African Violet has this combination of symptoms, it is probably suffering from the following:
