Dark Speckles on Surface of Leaves

Leaves have dark speckles on the upper surface of them. This is almost certainly Sooty Mold, a fungus which finds a host on the honeydew left by certain insects.

• Leaves curl up on the edge.
• Leaves and stems have white specks of "cotton" on them.
