
Leaves Pale - Visible Insects or Related Pests
Leaves are pale, and there are visible insects or related pests on the
plant. These pests may only be visible with a magnifying glass. Alternatively,
they may only be visible in the soil or on the rootball.
This combination of symptoms may be caused by a number of problems. You

Additional Symptoms
- Visible insects or related pests fit the following
description: They are insects measuring 1/16 to 1/8 inch in length.
They tend to cluster under the leaves of African Violets, and they have
pear-shaped bodies with long antennae and legs. They are probably green,
but they may also be black, brown or reddish in color.
- Visible insects or related pests fit the following
description: They are tiny arachnids
measuring about 1/100 inch. These pests are probably only visible with
a magnifying glass. They may be white, yellow, brown, red or green in color.
