Leaves Pale - Not Flowering - Visible Insects Described

Leaves are pale, and the Violet is not flowering. In addition, there are insects or related pests on the plant. These pests are tiny arachnids measuring about 1/100 inch. They are probably only visible with a magnifying glass, and they may be white, yellow or brown in color.
